Refund Policy for Partnership Fee

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Chattanooga BBQ Week. We understand the importance of clarity and transparency regarding our policies, including those related to partnership fees. Please read this refund policy carefully before making any payments. By submitting a partnership fee payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined herein.

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Partnership Fee: The partnership fee, once paid, is non-refundable under normal circumstances. This fee is considered payment for the benefits and privileges associated with the partnership, as outlined in the partnership agreement.

2. Exceptional Circumstances: While the partnership fee is typically non-refundable, exceptions may be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances. Such circumstances may include:

• Documented errors in processing the payment.
• Inability to fulfill the terms of the partnership agreement due to reasons beyond the control of either party.
• Any other circumstance deemed exceptional and justifiable by Chattanooga BBQ Week.

Requests for refunds based on exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of Chattanooga BBQ Week.

3. Administrative Fees: In the event of a refund request, Chattanooga BBQ Week reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from the partnership fee. These fees cover any costs incurred by the organization in processing the partnership application and subsequent refund request.

4. Cancellation Period: There is no designated cancellation period for the partnership fee. Once the payment is made and the partnership agreement is entered into, the fee becomes non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.

5. Refund Request Procedure: If you believe that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund of the partnership fee, you may submit a refund request by Email to Jason@nooganightlife.com. Your request should include detailed documentation supporting the exceptional circumstances cited.

6. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding a refund request, Chattanooga BBQ Week reserves the right to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in the partnership agreement.

7. Modification of Policy: Chattanooga BBQ Week reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying affected parties through other means.
